ReplyDeleteI love beeswax so much. It produces negative ions when you burn it which increase mental clarity and purify the air. Beeswax is also the closest to sunlight on the light spectrum AND creates a soft, haloed golden glow unlike any other candle! Perfect for romance :-)
How to create your own candles:
Visit your local thrift stores to find mix-matched votive holders you can usually find these for under 50 cents. Then on to the craft store to purchase some wick tabs and 100% cotton braided wicking. Use your oldest pots in the house for a double boiler and slowly and evenly melt your beeswax. It will make a mess so be prepared to either spend a while scraping, or carefully pour and use precautions to keep it clean.
